We are delighted to welcome Caz Merrett who joins us to help manage our stores. Caz, from Bradford, brings a wealth of fantastic skills and experience which will allow us to run our stores effectively. As a small charity we depend hugely on the success of fundraising events and the efficient management of stores is an essential part of the fund raising process. Stores also support general awareness raising, allowing us to distribute branded items in a timely manner.
Caz joins us on a part time basis and will continue in her main role as a self employed ‘Doula’ (a trained companion who supports childbirth) which she continues to do alongside her role with FPWR UK. Whilst not from the PWS community, Caz has first hand experience of supporting people with disabilities and her brother, Peter, has Down’s Syndrome.
